What is the minimum cleaning time you offer?
The minimum clean time we offer is 3 hours.
Is the charge the same for all hours?
After 5 pm till 7 am – premium added service which costs more than our standard rate, please contact us to enquire.
Can you come to clean on the same day?
Yes, but usually we prefer to know what we are working with so prefer to come to look at the job beforehand.
Can I cancel on the day or a day before?
No, you cannot cancel the day before or on the day. We have a 24 hour period this is to protect our staff. However, you can cancel a clean if you give us 48 hours notice.
How does payment work?
All clients must pay before we leave the premises.
What do you charge per hour?
Every cleaning job is unique so we charge depending on your individual circumstances.
Can I change my day?
Yes you can, however we require 48 notice as we have a busy schedule.
Do you have a waste carriers license?
Yes, we have a waste carries license so can provide tip runs and rubbish removals of any scale.
Do you work weekends?
We prefer to work weekdays. However, in certain circumstances we do provide weekend cleans.
What do I do if I cannot get in contact with you?
Please email or text message us and we will get back to you within 24 hours. This is due to the nature of the job, we may be with a client at the time that you call.
